Working with Sanjay in finding our condo was a great experience. We were very demanding in our criteria and Sanjay handled it like a pro. After we purchased our place he continued to assist with deficiency follow-ups to the seller. This was definitely above and beyond. We had some specific criteria in a very targeted market. We felt that Sanjay really understood what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. In fact if someone is looking in Yaletown (or Downtown) Sanjay should be your go to person! Sanjay is strong in research and statistics and so he was able to show where properties were positioned price wise in the market, which was very helpful. Sanjay is very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure working with him on finding our home. He is very persistent and great with follow through and you can be sure he will either sell your home or find you the one you want!

Sanjay has sold for us twice and both times we sold in the first weekend, with multiple offers, over asking. More impressively though, he helped us purchase our first stand alone house in East Van’s hot, hot, hot Riley Park neighbourhood. Our “wants” included buying within this ridiculously tiny pocket west of Main but east of Ontario and needing a rental suite. Essentially we wanted the hottest property in the hottest ‘hood during a record breaking summer. And did I mention our tight budget? My husband and I spent the summer wigging out, worried we had literally just watched ourselves be priced out of the market but Sanjay kept positive, kept us calm and when the right house came along we were ready. We snatched that house up so quick, with such precision and lightning fast execution the “other offers” didn’t even know what hit them. I almost felt bad for them to be honest. Almost.

I could not recommend Sanjay more. I’ve already connected him with friends, co-workers and even my mother! He is cool, calm and uber-capable. He’s optimistic but realistic. He listens but offers feedback to help keep you focussed on the bigger picture. That being said, he didn’t scoff when one property, although great, was too close to the vet’s office which would’ve freaked the our out. He got it. He cares and if it’s important to you, it’s important to him.
